Check out this upcoming series of workshops held at area community gardens! These workshops will provide an opportunity to visit different gardens and learn together about a variety of leadership and horticulture topics. The sessions include the following:
Thu. August 6th, 5:30-7:30pm: Eagle Heights Community Garden, “Pests and Diseases, and Volunteer Management”
Thu. August 13th, 5:30-7:30pm: Brittingham Community Garden, “Water Conservation, and Interpersonal Conflict Resolution”
Thu. September 10th, 5:30-7:30pm: Troy Community Garden, “Cultural Practices, and Cultivating Community Through Community Gardens”
Thu. October 8th, 5:30-7:30pm: Location TBD, “Putting Your Garden to Bed, and Planning for Next Season”
