Use these materials to create a registration packet for your garden. Gardens are welcome to change the form as needed to match your garden’s operations.

Plot fees

Beginning in 2020, we stopped releasing an independent plot fee chart.  Instead, to reduce paperwork, we have modified the demographics form to also calculate plot fees.  This will result in moderate changes in plot fees, but will simplify the registration process and keep plot fees current with changes in Madison-area incomes.  More information is below:
